Shipping policy
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on inventory, it could take 3-5 business days (prior to shipment) for us to create all the goodness. It is important that our bites (made with all whole ingredients) are delivered to you as fresh as possible and are therefore made in small batches—with lots of love of course! We will notify you via the email provided once your bites are on their way to be enjoyed.
If your order is a pre-order, the shipping dates are provided in the product information.

PRE-ORDERS
Please refer to the pre-order product description as to when your order will be available for pickup and shipping.
HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED
Depending on a variety of factors, we either offer a flat shipping rate, OR a rate that is calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, type of shipping service and any handling fees that apply. NaughtyGood Bites reserves the right to change your chosen shipping service (at no expense to you) if we find that it will arrive in a more timely manner through a different service.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We use UPS Ground or USPS for all of our shipments.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship NaughtyGood Bites to every street address and PO Box in the United States.
IS THE DELIVERY DATE GUARANTEED?
Unfortunately, we are not a shipping company. So once your order is in the shipper’s hands, there is no absolute guarantee.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
Most "lost" packages are found after a simple inquiry with the shipping service. If the customer has checked the tracking information provided, and still can not locate their package, please reach out to us directly and we will either investigate further, or get a new package out when applicable.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Yes, if your order has not been processed then changes can be made (pre-orders have their own policy re: changes—refer to product description). Please note that this may cause a delay in delivery. Email us at hello@naughtygoodbites.com with any requested changes to your order.
DO YOU SHIP DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS?
Yes, we make it possible for you to enjoy our little creations even during the dog days of summer. In order to do so, we ship with cold packs or dry ice and insulated liners.
But it is vital that you track your order like a hawk and are there to bring them inside, where they will be safe and sound, upon arrival. NaughtyGood Bites left in the hot sun, or in a sweltering mailbox, won't be happy—we are not responsible for melted bites upon delivery.
NOTE: We do not typically ship on Thursdays and Fridays (depends on shipping address) during the summer months in order to prevent an extra day or two in the shipping warehouse. In addition, sometimes your order may take longer than 3-5 days if the forecast states 75º+ and we feel that waiting will be a better option for your bites to arrive safely.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, NaughtyGood Bites will not be held responsible for failed and returned shipments. Reship and reorder fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SALES & SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally at this time.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
