Each box is branded with your company logo, filled with an assortment of our signature flavors, and ready to gift. Choose to have your order shipped directly to you, pick up at our new location at the Newmarket Mills, or leave the shipping to us.
ESSENTIAL DETAILS
• Our new advent bites include 25 different flavors and elevated packaging. Our assorted holiday boxes will contain up to 10 (depending on box size, larger boxes will have duplicates) signature flavors.
• Advent pre-orders will ship, or be ready for pick-up, the week of November 25th. Assorted pre-orders will ship, or be ready for pick-up, the week of December 16th. Please email us at hello@naughtygoodbites.com if you need your order sooner.
• We are happy to handle all the shipping for you. Simply select "ship to recipients" (+$10 per box), download the spreadsheet that pops up, and follow the directions in the file once you've submitted your order.
• You may upload your company logo here, or send directly to hello@naughtygoodbites.com with your order number in the subject line. See file requirements below.

REFUNDS (changes & cancellations)
You may change or cancel your pre-order before 10/01/24 for a full refund. We are unable to issue a refund after 10/01/24 as we will have already ordered packaging and ingredients to start planning and fulfilling all pre-orders.
RETURNS
NaughtyGood Bites are a perishable item and cannot be returned. NaughtyGood Bites will not be held responsible for failed or returned shipments. Reship and reorder fees may apply.
When shipping as a gift, please make sure the addresses you provide are correct and that someone will be available during the expected time of delivery. When shipping to yourself, you agree that you are responsible for getting your package out of your mailbox or delivery area to prevent it from melting in the warm weather, or being eaten by hungry critters.
FORGOTTEN PICK-UP ORDERS
In order to maintain freshness, and to free up space in our kitchen (particularly during the holidays), pick-up orders need to be picked up within 3 days of being notified that they are ready. We are not able to issue refunds for forgotten orders that have gone past their fresh date, or were never picked up.
